TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
QUOTES REVISIONS: |
We quote every job on an individual basis! If more time and money is needed to complete a job, the customer will be notified and a determination can be made whether the job is to continue. If the job is terminated, all billable hours to that point shall be due and payable. Quotes: DO NOT include revisions unless specified in writing. Unless we receive exact instructions concerning the requested design we will assume artistic license. We work by the hour, not by the job. All revisions are billed at the hourly rate. Corrections to the completed design are due in writing. Text changes must be submitted in MS WORD or in e-mail format - pre-formatted and corrected - Copshots.com, Inc. does not spell check - format or otherwise change customer text unless we are contracted to do so. Submission of changes not to exceed seven (7) days following receipt of the completed artwork. If no changes are submitted, all invoices are then due and payable. |
CREDIT CARDS / CHECKS / REFUNDS: |
Credit cards, personal check, company check accepted - No refunds will be granted after work has begun. No exception to these terms. |
STANDARD BUSINESS TERMS: |
Web Design: 50% down - Balance due prior to upload. Pages will not be uploaded until paid in full. No Exceptions - Graphic Design: 50% down - 50% C.O.D. Quoted pricing is U.S. funds - No Exceptions. No work will begin until the order form is completed and sighed. |
WEB SITE DESIGN |
- No Hard copy of the site is offered for web design. Please make certain that backup copies of the web site are made after the site is uploaded. - Allowing Copshots.com to upload the site and making final payment implies that the site is exactly what the customer wanted and no action may be taken against Graphics To Go for any reason concerning the web site - Copshots.com does NOT guarantee that the site will increase customer revenue -Copshots.com does not guarantee site traffic or that search engines will carry the site - Any changes in design and layout are billed at $125 per hour with a minimum fee of $177.00 per page. |
PRINT MEDIA |
Colors: Actual colors "WILL" vary from office proofs and computer screen to print. We supply proofs for verification of text and placement only. A "match print" supplied by a qualified service bureau is required for exact color proofing and is not supplied by us - Copshots.com is “NOT RESPONSIBLE” for color shift. We use the latest version of Corel Draw exclusively. Mac users will NOT be able to open our files. We are not printers. Prices do not include film, match print or printing costs. |
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS |
Signing our order form implies that you agree to its terms and conditions and that all information on the reverse side of the order is correct. Omitted, verbal and/or hearsay additions will not be completed. Customer agrees to pay all legal fees in the event of collection or a suit brought by customer that is subsequently lost by the customer. |
